Additional Olympia Horse Show Tickets & Information

London International Horse Show will operate under government COVID-19 guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.

To reassure our visitors, there are further measures being taken within the show to keep everyone safe.  These include:

  • Wide aisles to reduce crowd density and improve attendee flow.
  • Multiple entrances which will enable management of queues.
  • Hygiene reminders to regularly wash hands throughout the venue
  • An enhanced cleaning regime during Show-open periods
  • Contactless payment will be encouraged.
  • The ventilation system for the halls has recently been increased in line with the latest CIBSE guidance.

Should COVID-19 lead to a cancellation of the Show, the face value of tickets purchased will be refunded. Please note that the booking fee will not be refunded.

Please see below for other Olympia 2020 ticket prices. General Entry ticket prices can be found here.

All of the top-price tickets, and those second-price tickets located in Blocks 9, 10 and 11, include a Gallery Badge which allows access to the Gallery Level and Justin’s Champagne Taittinger Bar. Gallery badges are not available to purchase separately.

Concession rates are available to children under 16 and senior citizens for selected performances. Concession rates are available on Friday afternoon and evening, Sunday evening and Monday afternoon and evening.  There are lower priced tickets available on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon.

A Group rate is available for bookings of 20+ for selected performances. Discounts are available on Friday afternoon and evening, Sunday evening and Monday afternoon and evening performances. Group orders have a £1 booking fee and tickets can be booked by calling 0844 858 9070 (calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras).

Please note there is no coach parking available at Olympia London and the pick-up and drop-off area gets very busy for certain performances; please take this into account when making travel arrangements. The drop off-point is on Olympia Way, and the pick up point is on Blythe Road. If you are a group and wish to use this, please follow the directions of the coach marshals on arrival.

If you purchase your ticket to the FEI World CupTM Dressage Grand Prix (Wednesday 16th) and Freestyle to Music (Thursday 17th) at the same time then the Wednesday afternoon ticket is discounted to £26 – wherever you sit. This offer can only be booked over the phone on 0844 995 0995 (calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras).

Unfortunately, due to building work taking place at Olympia during 2020 as a part of a major refurbishment, we are unable to offer Warm-Up Ring tickets this year.

These give you an unreserved seat in the main arena from doors-opening time to the start of the afternoon performance and cost £20. The price includes access to the Shopping Village and Live Zone.

Please note that any afternoon performance ticket holders automatically get access to seats to watch the morning session activities and do not need to buy an additional ticket.

Easy-access seating and our wheelchair platform are both located at the east end of the arena. Disabled facilities are available throughout the halls. The disabled booking number is 0800 086 2424 (free of charge).

For more information on tickets, parking and access for the disabled please see here.

Children are aged 15 years and under. You can purchase a children’s ticket at 30% off the normal ticket price for Friday afternoon and Evening, Sunday evening and Monday afternoon and evening.

If you have a very young child who will not occupy a seat (but may sit on your knee) they are free of charge; we suggest that any child aged under two years old would fit this criteria but leave it to the discretion of the parent. We do ask, though, that all children are kept under control whilst watching the performance so that they do not spoil the experience for others seated around them.
