Conditions of Sale
Tickets to London International Horse Show are issued on behalf of the event promoter and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
The organisers reserve the right, in combination with any other directives on the ticket or displayed at the premises, to:
- Refuse admission and remove any person from the event without assigning any reason.
- Alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- Refuse entry and use on the premises of any form of audio or visual equipment.
Purchase of your ticket(s) signifies acceptance that:
- As members of the audience, attendees may be photographed, filmed and sound recorded for broadcast and commercial use.
- Attendees may be subject to security searches to ensure safety of patrons.
- Bottles or cans may be prevented from being brought into the venue for safety reasons.
The organiser, Clarion Events Ltd and its agent, H Power International Ltd, cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of: (a) contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or speaker (b) any damage to or loss of visitors’ property whilst at the event (c) personal injury caused to or death of any visitor at the event, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers’ negligence.
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited throughout the venue.
- Tickets are valid only for the date shown on the ticket.
- Animals, excluding assistance dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
- The Shopping Village will close after the evening interval.
- Some bags will be searched on entry; search dogs will also be in operation.
- Food and drinks in glass containers are prohibited in the seating at all times.
- Camera lenses should not exceed 200mm and flash photography is prohibited. Filming for commercial use, or filming which interferes with other guests’ enjoyment, is not permitted.
- Should any ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Organisers in association with its appointed Box Office or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
- Those susceptible to respiratory problems should be aware that this event can have a dusty atmosphere and dogs and horses feature in all performances.
