- Incredible Dressage Lineup: Britain’s Lottie Fry, Becky Moody and Lewis Carrier are just a few of the UK entries for the 2024 FEI Dressage World Cup™ presented by Bret Willson Dressage International Ltd and supported by Horse and Hound. The rest of the 2024 line-up sees 3 of the top 10 dressage riders in the world, who will battle it out across the Wednesday 18th Grand Prix and the Thursday 19th Freestyle to Music.
- Stellar Show Jumping: The list of entries for the CSI5* Show Jumping sees 6 of the top 10 signing up to compete in the various 5* classes throughout the week, culminating with the pinnacle class of the Show, The Longines FEI World Cup™ Qualifier presented by Agria and the London Grand Prix. Entries include Olympic Individual Jumping 2012 gold medallist Steve Guerdat, current world number 1 Henrik Von Eckermann and reigning London International champion and 2024 ambassador Ben Maher.
- The New Horizon Plastics London Arena: For the second year running, The New Horizon Plastics London Arena will showcase the finals of the extremely popular London International Showing Series, in addition to Kennel Club Dog Agility classes, the LeMieux Masterclass series (featuring Olympians and equestrian celebrities and heroes) and The Brilliance Horse Auction Co. auction taking place on Saturday 21st December evening, you’ll be able to enjoy a view onto the arena from the Equiyd VIP bar.
- Prepare to be amazed by Lorenzo the Flying Frenchman, as he returns to the London International Horse Show with his awe-inspiring action routine. Known for his daring stunts and unparalleled bond with his horses, Lorenzo’s breathtaking display of horsemanship, acrobatics, and artistry is a spectacle like no other. Don’t miss this world-renowned performer as he lights up the arena with his signature style and charisma!
5. Showing Stars: The finals of the London International Showing Series, with 23 different classes plus their Championships, covers everything from Hacks and Cobs to Cradle Stakes and Coloured Ponies. The series focuses on bringing Showing to a wider audience and includes amateur home-produced competitors.
6. Jumping Jockeys: The ever-popular Markel Jockeys Jumping in aid of The Injured Jockeys Fund class returns to London International on Friday 20th December. This unique class sees two teams of world-class racing jockeys put their Show Jumping skills to the test in aid of the Injured Jockeys Fund. The 2024 teams will be captained by two racing legends, so make sure you don’t miss this.
7. The Talk Horse Live Zone: Enjoy interviews throughout the week with top riders such as, Lottie Fry, Becky Moody, Ben Maher, Laura Collett, Ros Canter, Gemma Stevens, Natasha Baker, Joe Stockdale and Jack Whitaker, or Meet & Greets with your favourite influencers Harlow Luna White, This Esme and Meg Elphick, plus the Agria celebrity shoe off with Ben Benson, Harry Charles and Daisy Bunn.
You will also be able to hear daily form our show charity the RDA who will be hosting Olympic and Paralympic riders throughout the week. There is also fun to be had each day with the Pony Club Activities sessions for the young and young at heart, and don’t miss out on the Best Dressed Award supported by Renauld taking place Thursday 19th – Saturday 21st at 4pm.
8. Shop Till You Drop: The Shopping Village is back and better than ever. Those looking for last-minute Christmas gifts will have plenty of options from over 250 retailers on-site selling a wide range of goods. From equestrian focused brands such as LeMieux and Voltaire Design, to luxury fashion from Holland Cooper and award-winning food and drink from The Oxton Liqueur Company, there really is something for everyone!
9. Fast paced entertainment: Show classic, the thrilling Defender Shetland Pony Grand National will feature in the International Arena each day of the Show, as will the Kennel Club Dog Agility. To add to the line-up we have the amazing Lorenzo – the Flying Frenchman return to the Show, where he will dazzle the audience by standing atop his galloping horses, clearing obstacles, and orchestrating breathtaking sequences.
10. Driving Crazy: The two adrenaline-fuelled FEI Driving World CupsTM presented by Karen and Hugh Scott-Barrett take place on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st December. The FEI Driving World CupTM is without doubt the most thrilling of competitive carriage driving, which has the audience gripping their seats, dazzled by the skill of fearless drivers who manoeuvre four galloping horses round a technical course at seemingly impossible speeds. Most drivers will have a different team of horses for the winter season as the turns are tighter, the arenas smaller and the excitement more intense! This year, hoping to defend his 2023 title, Boyd Exell will be taking on the course.
