Persie Distillery in Highland Perthshire is a distillery with a purpose, dedicated to raising money for animal welfare. In a collaboration with World Horse Welfare we have produced Unbridled Gin with fresh green apples. There are also three ‘dog gins’, with each recipe carefully created to reflect a breed of dog and each bottle raising funds for PADS dog rescue – try our mellow Labrador Gin, spicy Spaniel Gin or sweet but sharp Dachshund Gin!
