Accessibility at London International Horse Show
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair Tickets for the International Arena are located on the wheelchair user platform at the East end (in front of blocks 10, 11 and 12) along with a few on the West end on a similar platform. All wheelchair tickets automatically include a complimentary carer ticket (unlike non-wheelchair tickets, a carer’s ticket for the wheelchair user platform DOES NOT need to be purchased).
Wheelchair tickets for the International Arena are the 4th price type.
For the London Arena, there is a floor-based wheelchair area which will house 8 wheelchairs and their carers.
Wheelchair tickets for the New Horizon Plastics London Arena are at the concession price.
This ticket includes all day access to the Shopping Village, Talk Horse Live Zone and unreserved viewing of the London Arena (Showing classes, Masterclasses and demonstrations), as well as the collecting ring and Vestey Viewing Arena.

Non-Wheelchair Access
For ease of purchase, accessible tickets can be booked online and no longer require booking over the phone. These include wheelchair users, non-wheelchair and all other registered disabled visitors. Every accessible ticket holder is entitled to a free ticket for a carer. This is applicable to both the London Arena and the International Arena.
Non-Wheelchair seats for the International Arena and the London Arena are located in a dedicated area of the seating which has easy access. Seats for the International Arena are at the East end of the Arena (in Blocks 10 and 11, row D/E). Seats for the London Arena are in the front two rows. Non-Wheelchair is specifically for easy access; there are still a few stairs but far less than other areas. Each ambulant disabled ticket is entitled to a free ticket for a carer.
Please select the tickets you require (including one for the free of charge companion ticket) and add them to your basket. If the dedicated seating area has sold out, please select any seats in the arena that you feel would be suitable and claim your free carers seat in the same way.
